The pool was disappointing, very small and cold, not suitable for swimming. the water was dirty and full of bugs, it definitely needed to be cleaned.

We were able to explore the city easily using public transport, as there were metro and bus stops nearby. The hotel also offered tours and ticket assistance, which was very convenient. The room amenities were top-notch, including ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, and even a mini-bar. The spacious sitting area and terrace were a great addition, providing a comfortable and relaxing space. The staff at the reception desk were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. this hotel provided enhanced comfort and quality services.

The staff was friendly and check-in was easy. They even let me store my luggage after check-out for a few hours at no cost. The location is great, as it's close to the city center and only a 7-minute walk from the nearest metro station. There are plenty of bars, restaurants, and mini markets in the area, making it convenient to find anything I needed. The apartment itself was spacious, perfect for a family of four with kids. Having a kitchen with a washing machine and dishwasher was a bonus.

The location of Barcelona Apartment was absolutely fantastic, right in the heart of the city. I loved the thoughtful gesture of a welcome pack with essential items like tea and coffee. The apartment itself was lovely and clean, with spacious rooms. Despite some negative reviews about the plunge pool, I found it to be a refreshing spot to cool off on hot days. I had a great stay and would definitely recommend Barcelona Apartment to others.

Es ist etwas abgelegen, aber man kann einen Spaziergang entlang des Strandes zu anderen nahegelegenen Resorts machen. Die Lage war für uns ideal, da wir die Ruhe genossen haben, aber auch leicht Zugang zu den vielen Restaurants und Aktivitäten in der Innenstadt von Playa del Carmen hatten, was wir geliebt haben. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam und die Grundausstattung im Hotel ließ keine Wünsche offen. Es gab auch ein leckeres Frühstück mit einer Vielzahl von köstlichen Gerichten zur Auswahl, und es war schön zu sehen, dass das Personal den Service trotz einiger Anmerkungen zur Geschwindigkeit sofort verbesserte.
